Mission Statement
The mission of Sandwich Schools Band Boosters is to support the Instrumental Music Department in the Sandwich Public Schools and to promote its interests.

SSBB’s Goals
Through fundraising and advocacy, the Sandwich Schools Band Boosters aims to enhance and enrich the music education experience of students in the elementary, junior high and high school bands. Specific goals to accomplish this objective include the following:

• Supporting the band directors in their pursuit of bringing the joy of music to all students in the Town of Sandwich and fundraising efforts to support the overall growth of our schools' bands.
• Support the formation of wind and brass ensembles at the junior high and high school. Advocate for expanded music electives at the high school and also for curriculum changes in grades 5-8 to ensure music electives are in line with other schools on Cape Cod.
• Support and campaign for improved facilities at the high school, specifically better acoustics and music lockers.
• Support the instrumental music program for the entire Sandwich Schools District through continued educational opportunities for students in grades 4-12.
• Ensure that every student with an interest in music is able to participate regardless of cost and/or course schedule.
• Aim to increase parent involvement in the music program, and to increase public awareness of the presence and performance of students involved in music education.
